Six weeks, one team, no surprises on the invoice
Every LNC room follows the same route from first call to handover. Here is exactly what happens, who does it, and what you sign off at each stage.
The first call
Ten minutes on the phone. What do you want the room to do, roughly how big is the space, and when would you like it finished? If we're not the right fit we'll tell you then.
Site survey
We come to you, measure the space, check levels and access, look at where power can run from and assess ground conditions for the foundations. We also check your site against permitted development.
Design and fixed price
Drawings of the room in your garden, a layout you can move around, finishes to choose from and a written price broken down by stage. Revisions until it's right.
Base
Concrete pile foundations excavated, poured and left to cure to full strength, then levelled — a solid, permanent base for the build above it.
Build
Frame, insulation, membrane, cladding, roof, glazing, first and second fix electrics, flooring and decoration — all by our own joiners and electricians.
Handover
We walk the room with you, hand over the paperwork and take the snags list seriously. Anything outstanding is closed within two weeks.
