Do you offer installation services?
Absolutely. Professional, turnkey installation is included as standard. Our team handles everything from the concrete pile foundations to the final electrical certification, so your room is ready to use on completion.
How long does it take to complete a garden room project?
Most projects are completed within 6–8 weeks from order, depending on specification and site conditions. We'll give you a clear timeline as part of your quote.
Can I use my garden room year-round?
Our rooms are fully insulated, double-glazed and fitted with a smart heater, so they're comfortable in every season.
What are the planning permission requirements?
Most garden rooms fall under permitted development and don't require planning permission, but this depends on size, height and your property. We're happy to advise on your specific situation.
Can the garden rooms be used as an annexe or living space?
Yes — we design and build fully realised living spaces and annexes, specified with the electrics, heating and finishes needed for comfortable, independent use.
What materials do you use in your garden rooms?
We use premium, durable materials: composite cladding, double-glazed windows and doors, an EPDM rubber roof, a lightweight steel frame, plaster-boarded and skimmed walls, and laminate flooring — built to last and to look beautiful.
